imageAs a Doula, and a believer in whole and healthy pregnancy, birth, and postpartum healing, my goal is to offer Mama’s who I work with all that I wished for in my pregnancies and postpartum times. In my practice, I offer Prenatal Bodywork, Pregnancy Dance/Fitness/Meditation Classes, Mother Blessings (also known as Blessing ways), Prenatal Support, Birth Support, Postpartum Care (which includes a Postpartum Meals Delivery Service that pregnant mama’s are encouraged to use as well!), and Birth Education that includes Sacred Pregnancy Classes.

Mothers Helper Prenatal Support…Many times, during pregnancy, mama needs a little extra loving care. I offer physical support, meal support, as well as community information resources and advice for the mom who is dealing with everything from minor physical disruptions to bed rest.

Birth Doula Services…As I am freshly postpartum, I am not currently taking birth clients. Will resume my Birth Support soon. Check back for updates.

Postpartum Doula Services...loving and gentle support for the postpartum family. Services include massage, belly binding, basic home and older child help, breastfeeding guidance, nourishing soups and more. Packages are available to make postpartum doula care accessible to all. Check out the packages available or create your own for the optimal way to meet your and your families postpartum needs.

Placenta Encapsulation Services…professional creation of placenta capsules to help ease the postpartum body through the hormone shifts that are a natural and healthy part of the body’s postpartum healing process.

Sacred Pregnancy Classes…are a special place for women to gather together, for 8 weeks early on in their pregnancy journeys and again for 4 weeks toward the end of their pregnancies as well as mini retreats. Each week is spent exploring pertinent topics, that naturally arise for most women as they walk down their pregnancy paths and encourage deep sharing, exploring art, expression, laughter, honor and celebration.

Blissed Out Bellies…brings homemade and hand crafted soups, broths, savory sides, healthy sweets, milks (nut, oat, rice, or coconut), and herbal teas to pregnant and postpartum moms to nourish, enhance health, and encourage an abundant milk supply. With meal consultation and vegan, vegetarian, and meat options, there is something to satisfy every mamas needs.
